Terms and Conditions of Flazio Srl for the Flazio PEC Service
Support
This document represents an agreement between Flazio Srl and the user regarding the use of the Mail service offered by Flazio. By accessing the service, the user agrees to adhere to these terms.
The use of the service does not create any kind of employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the parties.
The Privacy Policy Generation Service is a service provided by Flazio S.r.l., with registered office at Via Mazzini 2, San Giovanni la Punta, (CT) registered with the Catania Companies Register, REA no. CT337298, tax code and VAT number 05021040877, PEC: flazio@pec.it in the person of the Administrator Flavio Fazio.
Service Description
The Service offered by Flazio Srl provides the User with certified electronic mailboxes (PEC) and a webmail access which is subject to the use of access credentials (pec and password).
Prices and descriptions of services are subject to change and are specified on the Flazio website.
Service Execution
The purchased service will be made available after payment and the submission of the required forms and a copy of an identity document.
The PEC service, subject to these terms of service, has an annual duration and upon expiry, it is automatically renewed for an equal period upon payment of the corresponding fee. In case of non-renewal,
the PEC service will be deactivated without anything being contested or attributed to Flazio for any direct or indirect damages suffered by Users, including specific reference to the deletion or loss of data.
Terms of Use
The User must connect to the Internet to use the Services from an enabled device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
The User can actively use the Services offered on the webmails, after authentication through a dedicated account.
During registration, the User must provide accurate data to create an account ("Account"). The User is responsible for the accuracy of this data, and Flazio is not responsible for incorrect or inconsistent information provided by the User.
To delete the Account and stop accessing the Services, the User must request deletion from the dedicated section within their account on Flazio.com. The deletion of the Account involves the removal of all associated data, including contacts and received and sent emails.
Flazio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's Account or access to the Service in case of Terms violation.
Intellectual Property
Flazio holds all rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, and the User acknowledges that the use of the Service does not grant any ownership rights to the Service or any other intellectual property of the Company.
The User retains all ownership rights to the Content uploaded, posted, transmitted, or sent through the Service, but grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display such Content in the context of the Service and for any other commercial or promotional purposes of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Service is at their own risk and that the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall Flazio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruptions, or similar damages, arising from or in any way connected to the use of the Service, even if the Company has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
The User agrees that the total liability of the Company to the User for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising from or in any way connected to these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Company to the User, if applicable, in the last twelve months prior to the cause of actio
Withdrawal Procedures
This Service is subject to withdrawal within 15 days from its subscription in favor of the Customer referred to as a Consumer only until said service is provided.
