Terms and Conditions of Flazio Srl for the Automatic Generation Service of Privacy Policy

This document represents an agreement between Flazio Srl and the user regarding the use of the automatic privacy policy creation service offered by Flazio. By accessing the service, the user agrees to adhere to these terms.
The use of the service does not create any type of employment relationship, agency, or partnership between the parties.
The Privacy Policy Generation Service is a service provided by Flazio S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Mazzini 2, San Giovanni la Punta, (CT) registered in the Companies Register of Catania, REA no. CT337298, tax code and VAT number 05021040877, PEC: flazio@pec.it in the person of the Administrator Flavio Fazio.
Service Description
The Service offered by Flazio Srl allows automatically generating legal documents for online activities, including but not limited to websites and mobile apps, starting from a pre-configured template containing all the information related to data processing. The Service uses a series of technological tools to scan the website and identify all services present on the Flazio platform that require inclusion in the privacy policy. The service also includes the insertion of information about the cookies used, the insertion of a checkbox on newsletter components and contact forms so that the end user is aware of their data and can accept the processing of it.
However, any form of assistance from Flazio Srl personnel in choosing clauses or drafting personalized clauses is excluded. The responsibility to ensure that the generated documents comply with current legislation lies entirely with the user.
Users acknowledge and accept that, depending on the applicable law, the mere generation of mandatory legal documents may not be sufficient to comply with the applicable legal provisions.
Prices and descriptions of services are subject to change and are specified on the Flazio website.
Service Execution
The purchased service will be activated or made available within the times indicated on this Website or according to the methods communicated at the time of purchase.
Service Usage
During the automatic generation process of documents, the User does not have the ability to directly modify the information incorporated into the document. However, the User is responsible for verifying the correctness of the information on their website and for communicating any discrepancies to Flazio Srl for any corrections.
Document Integration
The generated documents can be stored on our servers and incorporated into the User's websites or apps using the integration code provided by Flazio Srl. However, copying/pasting the documents is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The content of the Service and the generated documents is provided for informational purposes. Despite Flazio Srl's efforts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the documents generated based on the contents of the User's website, the User is still urged to carefully review the document and communicate any errors or omissions. Flazio Srl disclaims any liability for any consequences arising from the use of automatically generated documents.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The use of the Service implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The User understands and accepts that the use of the Service is at their own risk and that Flazio Srl will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.
Access to external resources
Through this Website, Users may have access to resources provided by third parties, not present on the platform. Users acknowledge and accept that Flazio has no control over such resources and therefore is not responsible for their content and availability.
The terms applicable to resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any rights granted to content, are determined by the third parties themselves and regulated in their respective terms and conditions or, in their absence, by law.
Withdrawal Procedure
This Service is subject to withdrawal within 15 days from its subscription in favor of the so-called Consumer Customer only until said service is provided. Once the Service is provided, it will remain active with a continuous updating function of the content of the Privacy Policy, following both any regulatory changes and any additions/deletions of components by the customer on the website.
